Who we are
This website is published for MTS Lab. Kenya contracting entity: MTS -LAB LIMITED. Zambia laboratory services are delivered by Veritas Calibration Lab Limited, a separate organisation. Planned SADCAS accreditation coverage, once granted, follows the certificate and schedule; it is distinct from which company contracts the work and handles an enquiry.
What we collect
If you submit the quote form we collect your name, organisation, country, email, optional phone number, service type, equipment details, message, and your consent. Direct email or telephone contact collects whatever you send.
This marketing site does not operate public user accounts and does not collect payment-card details. The Client Portal at https://portal.mts-lab.tech is a separate system with its own access control.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used to respond, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of correspondence. Kenya enquiries are sent to support@mts-lab.tech. Zambia enquiries are sent to operations@veritascalibrationlab.com. We do not sell personal information.
Processors
Form delivery currently uses FormSubmit. Cloudflare hosts this static website. Complete a processor review before public launch if your organisation requires it.
Retention and rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the request and any related work. You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop using the details by emailing the office you contacted.
